I guess the other poster must have had a really unlucky experience. I LOVE Valentine's. I go there any chance I get. It is a little expensive, but the food is DELICIOUS. There's only been one time that I've been there that the service was anywhere near sub-par, but it certainly wasn't a disaster by any means. I recommend the Ribeye Steak with bourbon sauce (ask for it). The best part is, since it's a little pricey and kind of hidden, there's never a wait on Fridays or Saturdays!

We just wento to this place last weekend and it was a complete dissaster. The waitress told us that all beers were included in the 'happy hour', so we ordered two beers. Later, she apologized and said that it was a mistake, that any beer was included in the happy hour. My husnad and I thought to give the waitress a second chance. We aordered an appetizer, crab cakes, the waitress told us that the order came with 4 cakes. Minutes later, she arrived with just two cakes, again, she apologized. My husband ordered pasta with shrimps, and again we had to wait for 10 minutes and my husband received the pasta whitout shrimps. Our lady again apologized and took the pastaaway to add it the shrimps. We waited for another 5 10 minutes. The food was ok, but at the end of the dinner we received the bill and, oh oh.... the lady charged us 10 dollar more with no reason. We duscissed the price and she apologized again. My husband talked to the manneger and he apologized again but he sad he could not do anything about the several mistakes the waitress made. The food was ok, but not escellent, the te service definetely SUCKS!!! BAD PLACE, KIND POF EXPENSIVE, THE WORSE SERVICE EVER...!!! I will not come back.. I do not recomend it at all... AVOID THIS PLACE!!
