Creepy rude owner

Without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences I can recall in a long time. First off, the owner was rude, unfriendly, and just plain weird. He kept starring at my wife the entire time, and worse, kept running to the back and we (our party) would notice him and the cooks starring at us through the glass. Sure, my wife is a looker, but I would expect a certain level of professionalism from a restaurant owner. Not a gawking starring pervert who looked like he never seen a D-cup before.
Second, besides the bad atmosphere, the food was just plain nasty. I really expected more. If anyone thinks this is good Mexican food, I highly suggest a trip to Texas, New Mexico, California, or Arizona. The chicken was cold on the inside a soggy wet enchilada. Horrible atmosphere, horrible food. I will never eat there again.
No wonder it's buy one get one

I did not like this place. It was buy one get one so I went with a co-worker and for $4 plus tip it was edible. I would never pay full price. Ever.
