I love to eat MAria's. Mywife and I eat Maria's as often as we can. We have even had them cater our company x-mas party twice. The owners are wonderful and so is the food. I love Maria's.

The FSB taco is shredded beef(like mom's Sunday roast spiced up) stuffed in a taco shell and deep fried. The best taco in town.

My girlfriend took me to Maria's. She had the Sergio (it's a burrito with deliciously spiced and shredded meat). I had 2 cheese enchiladas and one chicken. This by far is my favorite Mexican food restaurant in town, mostly because the sauces and spices they use, plus the ambiance, are superb. Try it. It's unlike anything else in town (finally).

Food was very good. Been to several Mexican style restaurants in Springfield but this is best.
